| § 1st validity of deliveries, offers and sales are carried out exclusively due to the following conditions:
These general Terms and Conditions become component of all contracts and also apply to all future business relations even if the AGB are not agreed on again particularly. Inconsistent general Terms and Conditions or divergent counter-confirmations are appreciated only when AntiquitätenOnline.com confirms these in writing.

At foreign orders all bank charges of the buyer have to be carried.
§ 8th right of return: All articles can be returned to 10 days at not favours of shipping date. The complete product is valid after this period when taken by the receiver obligatorily. The return must be carried out in the same mode of transport like the sending. (you can revoke your contract explanation unused and only into original packing) without detail of reasons in text form (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) or by return of the thing within 14 days. The period starts with receipt of this instruction at the earliest. For the preservation of the revocation period the punctual despatch of the revocation or the thing suffices.
